With 55 years of experience in photography, Mr. Oring has been the owner of ISIS Visual Communications for 16 years. He is considered an expert in understanding methodologies for interpreting pictures. As owner, his responsibilities include research, marketing and lecturing at professional organizations. He attributes his success to hard work and perseverance.

Mr. Oring received his Master of Arts in Communication from American University in 1970 and his Bachelor's Degree in Photography Illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1959. He is a member of the American Society of Psychopathology of Expression, the National Art Education Association and the Calvert County Humane Society, and has also been featured in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World by Marquis as well as Who's Who in the World by the International Biographical Centre in Cambridge, England.
