Prior to founding US Maximum Protective Services, Mr. Mayer worked as a correctional officer for TDCJ for five years, while simultaneously developing other business ventures aforementioned.

He attributes his success to his high vision and sense of achievement, his integrity and hard work, his dedication and perseverance and feels that the most gratifying aspect of his career is earning the trust of his clients by providing impeccable service and meeting their unchallenging satisfaction.

Mr. Mayer received his Degree in Economics, accounting & finance from "THE UNIVERSITY OF YAOUNDE" in CAMEROON -West Africa in 1988. He is a member of TEXAS PUBLIC EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION, and as Owner Manager of a private security company, he is member of "ASSIST"; The Associated Security Services and Investigation Texas.
