Ms. Craig has over 11 years of professional experience as the owner of A-Team and KC'S Shopping Mall. A-Team is a Shaklee health and wellness company that recommends and distributes high-quality, natural food supplements, skin care products, cosmetics, cleaning products, and personal care products as well as air purification and water systems. KC'S Shopping Mall is a group of internet stores that distributes the products of major retailers. Aside from overseeing the daily operations of her businesses, she has been responsible for teaching English as a second language, teaching Adult Basic Education for all grades and mentally disabled adults, educating people on healthcare issues, and advertising for major retailers.

Ms. Craig became involved in her profession because of her personal experience and attributes her success to her honesty, persistence and leadership skills. She considers being able to run her business successfully for more than 11 years and helping people to improve their lives to be the most rewarding aspects of her career. Ms. Craig has also devoted 13 years to being a social worker. She earned her Master's Degree in Education from Loyola College in Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She is a member of the National Federation of Independent Business.
