Mr. Mauldin received an Associate Degree in Culinary Management from Jefferson State Community College in 2006, and has a certification through American Culinary Federation. He was listed on the national dean's list and received the Student of the Year Award from the American Culinary Federation in 2006. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation and Phi Theta Kappa.
